Hi, lamisil, miconazole are all antifungal medicines so they should help. Along with creams, try and keep skin irritation free. Wear loose breathable fabrics. Sweating, moisture, pressure, warmth, friction can all make fungal infection worse so are to be avoided. scalp fungal infection need oral antifungal along with lotion and shampoo as it is deep infection which does not respond to only creams or lotions. Outer border is active border of fungus and it spreads from there scratching can spread fungal infection to nails.
